THE 5 "MUST HAVES" IN YOUR HANDBAG

  SANITIZER

Your health should be your number one priority this new year. Your hands does a lot of work every single day. You use your hands for almost everything.  You shake hands, write, open doors and many more. All of these activities expose hands to harmful germs and bacteria. Considering that 80 percent of all infections are transmitted by hands, it’s crucial to constantly sanitize your hands. Always keep a mini sanitizer in your bag.

 LIP BALM

This present climatic condition isn’t the best time to wear matte lipsticks. Your lips are drier than usual and needs some extra TLC. You can also keep tubes in your car, purse, in a drawer at work. Never be caught 'unfresh'. LOL.

TAMPONS - For those emergency situations.

Some of us have been in very embarrassing situations where our red flags suddenly pop. Lol. My most embarrassing moment was when I went to visit a guy I had a hard crush on. I was beautifully dressed, Makeup on fleek, crossed legs waiting for my chilled cup of juice. Then, I stood up just so he could notice my dress, Boom!!! My bum was all red. His chair was all stained. That moment I felt so embarrassed and helpless. No pad, No tampon, Nothing. Of course you don’t want to know the rest of the story. Moral lesson- Play safe and always have a tampon in your hand bag. You might also be saving a friend.

A SOFT POCKET- SIZED NOTEBOOK

You need a pocket-sized notebook for jotting down information or inspiration when the mood strikes. You just never know who you're going to run into or when inspiration for something will strike! It has saved my butt so many times. I keep extra pens and paper in every purse I have, even if I'm not using it at the moment. You never know! You might need to scribble down an address or a phone number if your phone is dead."

CHEWING GUM

Chewing gum freshens your breath and helps to improve intestinal motility, also helps to increase saliva flow which promotes more frequent swallowing. This helps to prevent reflux of acid from the stomach back into the throat.

We hope these tips has helped you a little for the week. Share with us in the comment session your experience and how our post has inspired you to do better.
