WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CORONA VIRUS

I know a lot of us are tensed about the loud outbreak of corona virus. But hey, no worries, we are all about the lifestyle and we believe knowledge is power.
This post will keep you informed about this outbreak and how to prevent it.

Corona viruses is a kind of common virus that causes an infection in your nose, Sinuses, or upper throat.

SYMPTOMS OF CORONA VIRUS

The symptoms of most corona viruses are similar to any other upper respiratory infection, including running nose, coughing, sore throat, and sometimes a fever. In most cases, you won't know whether you have a corona virus or a different cold-causing virus, such as rhinovirus.
But if a corona virus infection spreads to the lower respiratory tract (your windpipe and your lungs), it can cause pneumonia, especially in older people, people with heart diseases, or people with weakened immune systems.

HOW TO PREVENT CORONA VIRUS
There is no vaccine for corona virus. To help prevent a corona virus infection, do the same things you do to avoid the common cold:
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Keep your hands and fingers away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are infected.
You treat a corona virus infection the same way you treat a cold:
  • Get plenty of rest.
  • Drink fluids.
  • Take over-the-counter medicine for a sore throat and fever. But don't give aspirin to children or teens younger than 19; use ibuprofen instead.
A steamy shower can also help ease a sore and scratchy throat.

we hope this has helped you a lot.

COLORS THAT WILL COMPLIMENT YOUR WORK AND YOUR MOOD

Did you wake up feeling low? Having troubles picking what to wear to work? Colors helps you narrow down your choices and also enhance your mood which of course will increase your productivity at work and benefit your career. However, always pay a little extra attention while choosing colors for your formal attire!
Here are the 5 colors that will complement your work the best while also making sure that you don't break the office dress code.

1.   Dusty Pink

Dusty pink is feminine and it enhances your mood as it screams femininity and confidence. You can pair a with a white or a darker singlet, non-dramatic jewelry and a nude nail or baby pink nail polish to compliment your outfit

2.            BROWN

Our color collections will not be complete without the brown color. Brown is a color of structure, although by no means does it encourage perfectionism - rather it encourages orderliness and organization. You can wear any shade of cool nail polish and you will be screaming sexy all day.

3.   GREEN

Green signifies freshness, safety and harmony. It’s also associated with money and the “go” signal for a traffic light—both great characteristics in the workplace. You can pair this with a slim silver necklace and a nude nail polish.

4.   BEIGE

Beige is dependable, conservative, and flexible. This color is neutral, calm, and relaxing. You can pair this with with a black top, brown shoe and a red nail polish just to add a little bit of sexiness to your outfit *winks*

5.   BLACK

Black is elegant. If you ask me, it’s the most powerful color in the universe. This power color can convey feelings of mystery and seriousness. If you want to be treated seriously, the typical black dress/suit with a splash of white, red, green or blue works wonders.

THE 5 "MUST HAVES" IN YOUR HANDBAG

  SANITIZER

Your health should be your number one priority this new year. Your hands does a lot of work every single day. You use your hands for almost everything.  You shake hands, write, open doors and many more. All of these activities expose hands to harmful germs and bacteria. Considering that 80 percent of all infections are transmitted by hands, it’s crucial to constantly sanitize your hands. Always keep a mini sanitizer in your bag.

 LIP BALM

This present climatic condition isn’t the best time to wear matte lipsticks. Your lips are drier than usual and needs some extra TLC. You can also keep tubes in your car, purse, in a drawer at work. Never be caught 'unfresh'. LOL.

TAMPONS - For those emergency situations.

Some of us have been in very embarrassing situations where our red flags suddenly pop. Lol. My most embarrassing moment was when I went to visit a guy I had a hard crush on. I was beautifully dressed, Makeup on fleek, crossed legs waiting for my chilled cup of juice. Then, I stood up just so he could notice my dress, Boom!!! My bum was all red. His chair was all stained. That moment I felt so embarrassed and helpless. No pad, No tampon, Nothing. Of course you don’t want to know the rest of the story. Moral lesson- Play safe and always have a tampon in your hand bag. You might also be saving a friend.

A SOFT POCKET- SIZED NOTEBOOK

You need a pocket-sized notebook for jotting down information or inspiration when the mood strikes. You just never know who you're going to run into or when inspiration for something will strike! It has saved my butt so many times. I keep extra pens and paper in every purse I have, even if I'm not using it at the moment. You never know! You might need to scribble down an address or a phone number if your phone is dead."

CHEWING GUM

Chewing gum freshens your breath and helps to improve intestinal motility, also helps to increase saliva flow which promotes more frequent swallowing. This helps to prevent reflux of acid from the stomach back into the throat.

We hope these tips has helped you a little for the week. Share with us in the comment session your experience and how our post has inspired you to do better.
